Exporting goods can place an incredible financial strain on a business. We support our clients doing business across the border and overseas with excellent export financing solutions.

Requirement for Export

Taking your business global? Great! We can support your export operations with adequate funds to ensure the smooth day to day operations of our business are not hindered. Working capital loans may be availed through varying structures, customized to meet your peculiar business needs. These include:

Proforma Invoice – The Proforma Invoice comes in advance of the delivery of a product. It states your trade value before the conclusion of sales, helping you know if the buyer agrees to the pricing and terms of a quote. It is a trade document that states a commitment from the seller (exporter) to sell goods to the buyer (importer) at specified conditions.

Form NXP – The Form NXP is a mandatory statutory document to be completed by all exporters for shipment of goods outside Nigeria. The form ensures that goods to be exported meet the buyer’s expectation and that payment is made to the exporter when due within 90 days of shipment of goods.

Nigeria Export Promotion Council Certificate – The Nigerian government established the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) to preside over international purchasing. They are charged with the responsibility of promoting the development and diversification of the Nigerian export trade. All exporters are required to register with NEPC.

Certificate of Incorporation – A Certificate of Incorporation is legal proof that you have formed and registered your limited company. It states the name of the company, its registered number and the date it was incorporated. It also shows the type of company set up and where the registered office is located.

When opening a business bank account, the certificate of incorporation is one of the important documents needed. It shows that a business has been set up correctly and is a legal entity in its own right and that it’s on the public register of companies.
